Since our items are custom made, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. If an item is received damaged, we will send a replacement. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it and replace it.

** NOTE **
The baking dishes has some impurities and will not be perfect! The dish may have shear marks, swirls, stretch marks, uneven edge and/or small blemishes. This is the way we receive the dish from the manufacturer. We do not manufacture the glassware items. We pride ourselves in using the best glass pieces with the least amount of imperfections.

** No refund or replacements will be given due to impurities, brand logos, instructions or manufacturing marks on items.

** No refund or replacements will be given for items damaged due to improper use.

** If an item is returned or not delivered because an incorrect address was provided, there will be no refund and it is the customers responsibility to pay additional fees to reship the

If your items are broken, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery of your order and include a photo or photos of the glassware so we can get your items replaced in a timely manner.

We will need a photo(s) of the damaged item and the packing box to issue replacement for the item.
